One of my dearest friends shared a story with me the other day. It is quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve heard all year.
At the risk of a scolding and being deemed a horrible friend, I will now share that story with you… because it’s just too good.
It goes like this.
Once upon a time there was a girl named Kristen (name changed to protect the guilty, even though I put her picture up). She was out shopping one day, when all of a sudden, she thought she spotted one of her best friends in the whole world.
Being the youthful, fun loving person that she is, she thought it would be completely appropriate to throw a box of tampons at said friend.
It was not her friend.
Yes, dear reader, that’s right, she in fact hurled a box of tampons at a stranger… Who just stood there while her boyfriend laughed his face off. To make matters worse, Ka- I mean Kristen’s family was right there to witness the whole debacle.
So by all accounts, my friend must have looked crazy as, throwing tampons at a stranger in the store then running away.
